Here's our story!
Wilson Fishing Guides is a small fishing guide service with our sights set on taking our guests on the best fishing trip of their lives! Whatever your fishing goals are we are interested in helping you achieve them. Andy Bergin is the owner/operator and head guide. Andy moved to Jackson Hole in January 2002 to ski but never left after experiencing the amazing year round sporting opportunities it had to offer.
In spring of 2002 Andy began to learn (from his Aunt Alice) how to row and fish on the Snake river. Over the next five years Andy spent most of his free time learning as many sections of the Snake, Green and Salt river as he could.
In 2007 Andy started his career as a fishing guide on the Snake river for Teton Troutfitters. Andy has since guided for Wandering Angler as their head guide, Heise Expiditions, Westbank Anglers and Grand Fishing Adventures. Andy has guided for the One-Fly fishing contest every year since 2007.
After amassing significant knowledge working for signature outfitters of Teton County Wyoming…Andy will now be running his own Guide service specializing in full and half day fishing trips in boats that fit up 5 guests.
